Surviving Audio ("the App") is a Field Reference tool for audio engineers. This policy explains what data the App processes.

1. Data we do NOT collect

• No personal accounts, no login, no user tracking, no analytics.
• No advertising SDKs, no third-party trackers.
• No server-side storage of user data.

2. Data processed locally

All calculations and inputs run entirely on your device. User inputs (frequency values, BPM, temperature, active section) are persisted in the browser's localStorage so the app can restore state after a restart. This data never leaves your device.

3. Optional external services

The App offers one optional feature that contacts external servers, and only when you tap it:

• GPS Temperature: When you tap the temperature field, the App requests your device's current GPS coordinates (requires your permission) and sends them to Open-Meteo to fetch the local air temperature, and to BigDataCloud for reverse-geocoding the location name. These services receive your coordinates at the time of the request. No account, cookie, or identifier is sent. Neither the App nor its author stores or logs these requests.

If you deny location permission or don't tap the temperature field, no external requests are made.

4. Permissions

The App may request the following Android permissions:

• Location (optional): used only when you explicitly tap the temperature field, to fetch the local air temperature. Denied by default; never accessed in the background.

5. Children

The App is a technical reference tool without social or commercial features. It does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.

6. Changes to this policy

Updates will be published on this page and announced via the Play Store listing version notes.
